Eloharian Faith
The State Religion of the UAF The Eloharian Faith is the state religion of the Aerlyth Federation, devoted to Joh'etyx, the Ohros of the Material, and centered on Aetradasi, the Realm of Order. It teaches that creation endures only when life is given shape by law. Public worship is disciplined, hierarchical, and often zealous; private belief ranges from sincere devotion to wary compliance under a system where religion and governance are tightly interwoven.
RELATIONSHIP WITH MAGIC
The Faith tolerates other creeds poorly and rejects unstructured "spiritualities" as dangerous sentiment divorced from truth. Magic is not forbidden—but unauthorized magic is. Power must be measured, logged, and licensed, or it is counted as heresy against the pattern of the world.
Relationship with Aetradasi
Aetradasi is proclaimed the divine blueprint: a lattice of law, ratio, and right proportion by which the Ohros set matter in its proper places. To live well is to live in measure—aligning deed, craft, and governance with this blueprint.
Oracles of Storvhall are honored (and closely supervised) as interpreters of the lattice: seers of the sacred who keep structures sound.
The Mother in Measure: Vye’mis
Alongside Joh'etyx and Aetradasi, Eloharians venerate Vye'mis, the Radiance of Life, as the sanctified impulse that fills the lattice with growth, healing, and renewal. She is called the Mother.
Doctrine insists that life is holy when guided by form: sprouts trained to trellis, blood staunched by rite, recovery paced by ratio. Unmeasured growth—runaway propagation, illicit fertility rites, reckless regrowth—is condemned as a distortion that invites collapse.
In catechism: "The Mother's thread must be braided."
